Privacy Policy
Blue Scorpion Professional B2B Portal · Last updated August 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Blue Scorpion, Inc. ("Blue Scorpion," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information on the Blue Scorpion Professional B2B Portal (the "Portal"), our wholesale ordering platform for licensed clinics, functional medicine doctors, and certified health coaches. Our consumer website, bluescorpion.com, is governed by its own privacy policy.
1. Information We Collect
Application and account information. When you apply for practitioner access we collect your name, business name and legal entity details, business address, phone number, email address, website, preferred contact time, estimated order volume, reseller/business license numbers, and EIN/tax ID. When approved, we maintain your account profile, team member information, and communication preferences.
Documents. Business licenses, reseller licenses, resale certificates, and your electronically signed Reseller Agreement (including the typed signature, timestamp, and IP address recorded at signing, as permitted by the E-SIGN Act and Florida law).
Order and payment information. Order history, invoices, shipping addresses, and payment records. Card payments are processed by Stripe and Authorize.net; your full card number never touches our servers and is handled under those processors' PCI-DSS compliant systems. We retain only payment references (such as the last four digits and transaction identifiers).
Technical data. IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies needed to operate the Portal (sign-in sessions, shopping cart).
2. How We Use Information
We use this information to review and approve practitioner applications; verify licensure and resale eligibility; process orders, payments, subscriptions, and refunds; provide invoices and required tax documentation; deliver account, order, and renewal notifications; provide customer and marketing support you request; administer referral and commission programs; comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations (including FDA-related record keeping); and maintain the security of the Portal.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with: payment processors (Stripe, Authorize.net); our hosting and infrastructure providers; email delivery providers; shipping carriers (e.g., UPS) to fulfill orders; professionals such as accountants or counsel under confidentiality obligations; and public authorities when required by law. Where your account was referred by a sales representative or practitioner network, limited order information is shared with that referrer to administer the referral program.
4. Cookies
The Portal uses strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to maintain your cart. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may prevent the Portal from functioning.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed for the purposes above, and afterwards as required for legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory purposes. Executed Reseller Agreements and order records are retained for the periods required by applicable law.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We honor applicable rights under the CCPA, GDPR, and equivalent laws. To exercise them, contact support@bluescorpion.com. You may opt out of non-essential notifications from your account's profile settings at any time; transactional and legal notices cannot be disabled while your account is active.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to a wholesale commerce platform, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), role-based access within your clinic team, audit logging of administrative actions, and PCI-DSS compliant payment processing through our processors.
8. Children
The Portal is a business-to-business service for licensed practitioners and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
9. International Users
The Portal is operated from the United States and currently serves U.S. practitioners only. Information is processed and stored in the United States.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date and, where appropriate, notified to your account email.
